Milliondollarstar.net Online Talent Contest

Milliondollarstar.net was created to not only find the next big star but to become a resource for all in unsigned, unrecognized indie talent out there trying to get the exposure or that one opportunity they need to make it in the music industry.



Milliondollarstar.net was designed to let the world know about you, the artist and get your music heard on a global scale to people you may not otherwise be able to reach instead of trying to knock down the doors of the major labels where one A&R person decides on what is good. This project was created out of necessity so that aspiring artists have a legitimate venue to share their music and creative talents with the world. This is where a new breed of artists will grow to become their own CEOs by turning over the power and control of music over to the artists and the people. You can also make music history and be part of our wall of fame.



Will you be the next million-dollar star?



Our contest works like this:

We start with 20 contestants in 10 different genres of music: DJs, Pop, Rock, Hip-Hop, R&B, Jazz, Country, Reggae, Reggaeton and Electronica (200 contestants total). Each week the contestant with the least votes in each genre will be eliminated. The remaining will go onto the next round until there is one artist remaining in each genre. Those 10 artists will then compete against each other in the same fashion until 9 of the 10 are eliminated and there is one Grand-prize winner.



The Grand-prize winner will receive a $5,000 of “seed money” and a possible record deal with Strive Records valued at up to 1 million dollars. The $5,000 is a cash prize we call seed money because with it, you will be able to plant the seeds you need to make your career grow. You can use that money for things like CD Pressings, Gear, Publicists or anything else an indie artist may need.
