Summary

In 2007, The Milford Music Festival will be celebrating its fifth year as a successful non-profit musical event. Featuring a full spectrum of artists, the festival celebrates the diversity of music and performance during one complete weekend.

Acclaimed musician and rock n' roll hall of fame inductee Dave Mason will be headlining the festival on June 9th. Besides his solo career, he is also known for his work with the groups such as Traffic and Fleetwood Mac. He also wrote the hit song "Feelin' Alright", which is covered by countless studio and recording artists around the world.

The 2007 festival will be held on June 8, 9 & 10 in Milford, PA. For three days, the town of Milford is set to music, featuring many recognizable names, as well as new and emerging talent. From the main stage in Ann Street Park, to the performances at local restaurants, galleries and places of business – the entire town becomes a stage. The festival will feature 14 artists on the main stage and approximately 20 artists at various places around town. All artists will be compensated for their performance, with details to be determined upon band selection.

Last year’s festival featured New Riders of The Purple Sage as the headlining act and during the course of the entire weekend, an estimated 5,000 people attended the event. The festival also featured tri-state (NY/NJ/PA) radio, television, newspaper and magazine coverage for several months leading up to and including the festival. There is one slot reserved for Sonicbids members. However, additional Sonicbids artists may also be chosen to perform.

Through the generosity of our sponsors, the Milford Music Festival is free to the public and is presented by Altec Lansing, with additional sponsorship from Target Select Cable Advertising and Best Western. For a full list of the 2006 sponsors, please visit our website.
