Summary

Moore College of Art and Design, an all women’s college in Philadelphia, PA, is currently accepting submissions for their Battle of the Bands taking place on August 11, 2008. Twelve acts will be selected to compete back to back, and the winner will be asked to play at Moore College’s 160th Convocation Celebration in Aviator Park in Philadelphia, a widely publicized event.



Solo performers as well as duos and bands are welcome to submit. The competition is open to all artists who perform original music in radio friendly genres, including rock, pop and R&B. Acts will perform for 15-30 minutes each, and full sound will be provided.
