Calling all Music Heads: Are you read for some Virtuality?

Musaic Management, an artist management and development company with ties to SonyBMG, Universal, Island Def Jam, Warner Bros. and many more, is offering the opportunity of a lifetime. Musaic Management Group: The Virtual Label series is a panel made up of music industry professionals in the structure of the key components of a record label. Professionals ranging from Legal to A&R of major labels and management companies will give you the basics of what it takes to break a recording star. Within this panel is an intergrated mini "Industry Showcase". The panelists will utilize the act that scores the highest points in our integrated "Industry Showcase" as a virtual model for the duration of the panel.

No ticket sales, no false promises, just real feedback! What better place to do it but in NYC! Bi-monthly panels will be held in star-studded venues such as BB Kings Blues Club, The Knitting Factory and Crash Mansion. Targeted sponsors are Yahoo! Music, Sirius Radio, Taxi, Fader Magazine, Billboard, Vibe Magazine and other major entities. All acts from Rock to Hip Hop encouraged to apply. First panel will be held in Mid August 2005. All accepted submissions will be considered for upcoming college tour for Spring Break 2006! Please check back for panel updates.

The artist with the highest score will receive $500 in cash, a mention in our A&R indie newsletter and their demo sent to 2 of the country's top A&Rs. Terms And Conditions

You must be 18 years or older. Subject to venue age restrictions and participants will be placed accordingly. No exceptions. Please have a completed EPK to submit to this opportunity or at least a website to refer to. Performance experience is a must (more than 3 or 4 shows). Profanity must be kept to a minimum. Constructive criticism will be given and we ask that all performers remain professional. We will ask the same of our panelists so that it remains an enjoyable and educating experience. For those participants we are interested in, we ask that you respond in a prompt matter so that we can properly attain all necessary materials.

For participants based outside of New York City, you will be responsible for your own acommodations (travel, hotel and food/beverages). ONLY band members and performing participants will be allowed into the venue (unfortunately mom,dad,sister and fans will have to pay the admission fee). Only one representative per participating group will be allowed (manager or lawyer preferably). Musaic Management nor the Venue will be held responsible for damage, loss of personal items, violations or personal injury.
