MUSEXPO 2008 Q-Music Showcase - Queensland Artists Only

Queensland artists have the chance to showcase their music and rub shoulders with some of the most powerful players in the global music and media industry at MUSEXPO 2007, in Los Angeles from April 27 – April 30, 2008. This opportunity is for Queensland artists ONLY.

Premier and Minister for Trade, Peter Beattie said MUSEXPO was the opportunity of a lifetime for new and unsigned artists to be discovered. It remains as one of the best way to make connections with the right people in some of the toughest yet most lucrative markets in the world.

Mr. Beattie was quoted saying, “The Queensland Government has helped to secure places for up to three Smart State acts to attend and also perform to influential international radio, film and television, booking agency, new media, publishing and artist management professionals at the forum.”

“The artists will receive professional promotion and formal introductions to these industry leaders, as well as on ground support and ongoing development services from the event organizers to establish themselves overseas."
