Summary

MUSEXPO is an unprecedented opportunity to showcase your band in front of an exclusive group of high-level international music and media professionals. This group will include label presidents, A&R and publishing executives, programmers from the worlds most influential and artist-friendly radio stations, film/TV and interactive music supervisors, talent bookers/promoters as well as press and new media executives.



Official MUSEXPO showcases will be held on April 29th – May 2nd, 2007 at prime venues on the Sunset Strip and within walking distance of MUSEXPO’s host hotel, The Bel Age West Hollywood. These venues include the Key Club, Roxy and Viper Room. All requests go through a selection process. A very limited number of artists - approximately 30 – will be selected to perform at these exclusive showcases. The selection process will be undertaken by A&R Worldwide and MUSEXPO staffs. All acts will be informed of their status by mid-February 2007. The time and date of each individual showcase will be scheduled for maximum impact by MUSEXPO.



Online Submission may be made exclusively through Sonicbids. Genres accepted include Rock, Alternative and Singer-Songwriter.



Artists who have showcased at MUSEXPO since its inception back in 2005 that have gone on to secure recording, publishing, management and music placement contracts include: Soshy (Sony Music Int’l), Evermore (Sire Records/Warner Music), The Dares (Jive Records), Pilot Speed (Wind-Up), Goldenhorse (FKP Scorpio, Germany), Bloodpit (Brainzone, Germany), Shifter (Boo! Management –Hillary Duff) and The Infadels (Pontiac commercial in Canada) to name a few.
