The Music By The Bay Festival is the ultimate experience, spotlighting new and emerging artists under the age of 21.
Taking place at Millennium Square in Frenchman's Bay along the shores of Lake Ontario in Pickering, Ontario. This annual 1-day music blowout features a stage offering live music from 1:30-dusk in front of 500-1,000+ fans./n/nThe Music By The Bay Festival is the ultimate experience, spotlighting new and emerging artists under the age of 21. Taking place at Millennium Square in Frenchman's Bay along the shores of Lake Ontario in Pickering, Ontario. This annual 1-day music blowout features a stage offering live music from 1:30-dusk (last year, Canada Day Celebration attendance topped 30,000). Backline provided; just plug in and play.



The festival celebrates diversity in music and features a variety of local, regional and national performers in genres including everything from alternative, country, R&B and reggae to blues, zydeco, rock n' roll, pop, and more.


This year's Music By The Bay Festival will be held on July 1, 2010, as part of Pickering's Canada Day Celebrations and will continue to provide exciting entertainment for all ages and musical tastes. There are a variety of restaurants and shops in the area plus children and families will enjoy the Waterfront Park making Frenchman's Bay a summer destination.


Last year's performers included Taylor Mitchell, Jill Jambor, Johnny Parente, The Blusers, EMIC, Caspian Martin, Rest Aside, John MacPherson, Saving Fiction, Zombie Rio, This Is Not A Drill, Domestic Imports and Kristen Clark.
