Perform at Music Expo China 2010

Eastern Edison Technology, a major pro-audio distributor in China, is seeking artists to perform at their booth during the Music China expo in Shanghai, China from October 12 to 15, 2010. The selected band will perform for all 4 days at the EETI booth with 1 or 2 performances per day and two performances on the Music Expo's main stage. Running since 2002, Music China has become the biggest annual fair for music products in Asia. Organized jointly by INTEX Shanghai, China Music Instruments Association (CMIA) and Messe Frankfurt (HK), its broad product mix encompasses both western and traditional Chinese instruments, sheet music, music software, hardware and accessories, assembling the entire music scene at a single fair. With over 65,000 square meters of floor space and over a thousand exhibitors, performing at Music China is an excellent opportunity for any overseas band to get a first hand look at the developing Chinese market. http://www.musicchina-expo.com

Eastern Edison Technology, Inc (EETI), has been a distributor of Pro-Audio equipment brands for China since 2000 including M-Audio, Digidesign, Joe Meek, Brent-Averil, Motu, SM Pro-Audio, Groove Tubes, Nord, Novation, and Genelec. Every year since 2005, EETI has opened a booth at the Music Expo to display products and recruit new dealers. In previous years, with its own stage inside the booth, EETI has invited many artists to appear on the stage with artists from China, America, Brazil, and Europe. This year, EETI has the excellent opportunity to place the band selected to represent EETI on the Music Expo's main stage for two-45 minute slots.

Application Criteria:

• All band members must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid passport.
• Successful applicants are required to have a friendly personality, good stage performance and musical ability.
• Applicants must be willing to interact with the Chinese audience, take pictures, and may be required to appear and perform at a party thrown for the dealer's and clients of EETI on the 14th and also at a local Shanghai live venue on the night of the 15th.
