Music Independence CD Compilation

The Music Independence Summit Conference (MISC) is pleased to announce the creation of its first compilation CD of original music: "Let Me Be Heard" Volume 1. Our goal is to showcase original music from the best emerging artists worldwide. The CD works towards this goal by praising the accomplishments of unsigned and independent artists and showcasing their talents. There will be between 2,000-5,000 copies of the CD produced and it will be given out to all participating partners and sponsors of MISC as well as distributed at all events produced by MISC. All selected artists will be provided with 10 copies of their own and paid royalties for songs sold through traditional retail distribution as well as digital distribution. There are 10 slots on the disc reserved for Sonicbids artists!

The Music Independence Summit Conference is an event created and produced by Power House Entertainment, LLC out of Long Island, NY. It is currently a monthly event held in New York and will begin in Denver in December, with other locations to be added on a regular basis. The MISC mission is to bring knowledge to the street level to help independent artists, musicians, beat-makers, producers and entertainment entrepreneurs better understand the new and evolving music media market.

Artists selected for the compilation CD will also be considered for performance spots available at MISC events.
