Summary
Miller Beer, Cafe Coco and Sam Ash are proud to present the "Music Makers Contest". There will be 25 contestants a night for 10 weeks. Each week, one artist will be chosen by an audience vote. The weekly selected artists will all receive a $25.00 Gift Certificate to Sam Ash. At the end of the 10 weeks these selected artists will get the chance to play 3 songs, which will be judged by various industry professionals. The top 3 "music makers" will then play June 21, 2007 to compete for the first, second and third place spots.
This opportunity is for solo and duets only!
- The first place winner will receive a $100.00 gift certificate from Sam Ash, an NSAI membership, studio time from Jet Stream Records, CD Duplication from Audio Imaging, Cafe Coco gift certificates, D'Addario strings and a monthly residency for "Back Stage" at Cafe Coco for the rest of 2007.
- The second place winner will receive a $75.00 Gift Certificate from Sam Ash, an NSAI membership, DAddario strings, a Cafe Coco gift certificate and 2 bookings on Cafe Coco's "Back Stage" for the 2007 year.
- Third place will receive $50.00 in Sam Ash Gift Certificates, DAddario strings, Cafe Coco gift certificates and one booking in the 2007 year of the "Back Stage"
The contest dates are April 5 June 7, 2007. The semi-finals will be held on June 14, 2007 and the finals will be held on June 21, 2007.
