The festival, which attracts about 1 million people, will feature at least 30 Sonicbids artists in 2010. Over two decades have passed since the first Musikfest. And from those humble beginnings, the event has blossomed into a musical spectacular that attracts more than one million people from throughout the country. The festival, which showcases a broad scope of genres, features:

• More than 300 performers from across the country and around the globe. There are at least 30 slots reserved for Sonicbids artists. Selected artists will be compensated for their performances - compensation TBD.


• Musical programming at 13 different indoor and outdoor stages.


• 10 great nights of headline entertainment.


• Delicious & diverse foods, plenty of children’s fun and activities and a spectacular closing-night fireworks display.

Now in its 27th year, Musikfest 2010 will kick off Friday, August 6 and will come to a close Sunday, August 15, 2010.
