The SYNC - Nashville, TN

The Sync is Nettwerk Music Group’s new music lounge, retail, and entertainment space. From live music showcases and poetry readings, to art exhibits and industry educational series, The Sync allows the public to be a part of the music they love and a part of the Nettwerk community.



The Sync is accepting submissions in the following genres: Acoustic, Americana, Bluegrass, Country, Folk, Rock, Pop, Spoken Word, and Singer/Songwriter. A local draw is preferable, but not necessary. Booking occurs no more than two months in advance and all show details are specific to the event and will be negotiated at the time of booking. The Sync has a capacity of 100 and offers musicians a stage, full PA system, and lighting. A qualified sound engineer must be provided by the performer as this is not provided. There are no house drums or amps, and they recommend playing a drum-free acoustic set.



The Sync is a concept developed by Terry McBride, CEO of Nettwerk. In keeping with McBride’s philosophy to ultimately connect the artists with their fans, he says, “It’s a natural response to the ‘closed door’ mentality of the entertainment and creative business. Here is a way to connect with the people who consume what we produce.” As the barrier between artist and consumer breaks down, The Sync is the perfect place for fans to “synchronize” and connect with their favorite artists, while discovering new ones at the same time.
