Nectar’s Martha’s Vineyard is the 550 capacity island venue of the legendary venue franchise Nectar’s. They are seeking a huge variety of local, regional, and nationally touring artists to play the Martha’s Vineyard venue 4-7 days a week. Accepted genres include alternative, Americana, rock, folk, funk, hip hop, jam bands, electronica, urban/R&B, and DJs. Nectar’s Martha’s Vineyard is a 550 capacity venue formerly known as Outerland. In 2009 it joined the prominent Nectar’s family, which carved its place in legend when its Vermont location played early home to the then local band Phish. Nectar's Martha's Vineyard tries to build a comfortable mix of talent, culling local musicians as well as nationally recognized groups. It however maintains heavier focus on more experienced nationally touring artists as it has a minimum required draw of 150-200.
