Smooth jazz artists are encouraged to submit their songs for an 'on hold' CD. The particular group receives up to 18,000 calls per day, so artists who are featured on this CD will be heard by thousands of waiting callers. The CD will only be aired in California. Accepted genres include smooth jazz, easy listening, and vocal jazz. The $25 fee to participate will be waived for 2 Sonicbids artists. The promoters will accept as many jazz artists that are professionally ready and whose CD is produced well enough to meet the strict criteria of their client.
