Summary

Charging into its ninth year, NEMO Music Festival is one of North America's premier music industry events. NEMO is three nights of music, featuring almost 250 artist showcases, two full days of panels, workshops, clinics and a music industry trade show. NEMO will take place September 29 - October 1,
2005 in Boston, a city renowned for being a hotbed of new talent and for breaking new acts; such as Howie Day, John Mayer, the Dresden Dolls, and many more.

Almost 2,500 people attend the NEMO Conference: Panelists include major label representatives, managers, publishers, retailers, artists, booking agents,

knowledge, showcase their talents, and most importantly - have a great time.

and music fans (almost 15,000 of them) what NEMO is really about; playing
and hearing great music. From rock to hip-hop, folk to r&b, blues to country, and everything in between, NEMO's got it covered. NEMO's showcases have been held at venues including the Paradise, Axis, Avalon, Middle East, TT the Bears, Roxy, Harper's Ferry, Passim Folk and Cultural Center, Bill's Bar and several other venues in Boston and Cambridge.
