New Attraction Festival 2011

Don't miss your LAST CHANCE to submit to the New Attraction Festival, poised to bring the best established and emerging names in Urban and Hip-Hop music to the Netherlands. The ninth edition of the festival will be held on Saturday, July 9th, 2011 in Groningen at Kardinge Beach. Approximately 150 acts will perform in front of approximately 6,000 people. New Attraction is looking for artists from all over the world in the genres Urban/R&B, Hip-Hop/Rap and Reggae. They are looking for tape acts as well as Live band acts. At least one Sonicbids artist will be selected to play New Attraction. Compensation is negotiable. Sponsors for this year include Red Bull and Heineken./n/nDue to high demand the promoter has extended the applications deadline to allow late submitters to send their applications.

Past performers include ONYX, T.O.K, Le Peuple de l’Herb, Notch, Jack Parow, Kosha Dillz, Ziggy & the Renaissance band, Beef and many more.

New Attraction has two music stages, a dance performance stage, a DJ area and a sport area. From music to dance, sports to art, fashion to Hip-hop, they’ll have it all at the 2011 New Attraction Festival. Check out the gallery to see photos of past events.
