Summary
The New Music Fest, established in 2008 is an annual three-day live music festival originating in Barrie, ON, which has since grown to include Sudbury and London, ON on separate weekends.
Each three day festival hosts between 50-100 live local, regional and national acts of various genres performing at multiple live music venues over the coarse of the weekend. Participating venue's will each host three to four established and developing artists, collectively sharing multiple festival stages.
One submission enters artists to be considered for all three New Music Fests in 2013! See below for submission and notification deadlines regarding each festival.
Sudbury:
- In order to be considered for Sudbury New Music Fest, artists must submit before 11:59pm EST on March 26th, 2013
- Artists will be notified of their status for Sudbury New Music Fest by May 15th, 2013
Barrie:
- In order to be considered for Barrie New Music Fest, artists must submit before 11:59pm EST on May 6th, 2013
- Artists will be notified of their status for Barrie New Music Fest by July 8th, 2013
London:
- In order to be considered for London New Music Fest, artists must submit before 11:59pm EST on September 4th, 2013
- Artists will be notified of their status for Barrie New Music Fest by October 1st, 2013
