Summary

Next Thing Entertainment is currently seeking original hip-hop and hip-hop inspired instrumental tracks (no samples) to be used as feature film score in an upcoming Hip Hop documentary. The director of this project is an Academy Award nominee for Best Documentary, Peter Spirer.

This project will be headed straight to DVD, to be released by Image Entertainment later this year. Please note that songwriters retain ownership over their materials, and that this is a basic flat fee license. As is standard in this type of agreement, there will not be royalty payments, however songwriters will be compensated $100 per track used, given full screen credit and provided with a copy of the finished product. Also note that this DVD will have international distribution through major retail chains and outlets.
