Summary

NoDriver Music is currently seeking artists to include on NoDrivermusic.com and on the upcoming NoDriver compilation CD. The question for you the artist is: do you have what it takes to be a NoDriver Artist?

NoDriver artists are the most motivated, creative, artistic and talented artists. They are NDependent artist who desire to deliver their music to the masses on their own terms. NoDriver artists drive their own career and destiny instead of letting others take the wheel to a dead end.

1. Artists must have a professional CD, fully mixed and mastered EP, or Album. We want to make sure that you as an artist are as dedicated as we are. Making an EP or an album on your own is not an easy task.

2. Artists must be actively touring and promoting in more than one market. Touring means commitment, and this will show NoDriver that you want to develop a broader fanbase, even if it means you are starving.

3. NoDriver says “No” to major label submissions. We are not accepting product from artists who are already signed to major labels or an ND with major distribution. If you are in discussions with one of the majors or have been released from a major label, that is fine, and you may submit, but if you have executed an exclusive recording agreement or deal memo or are still under contract with a major, NoDriver says, “No dice.” NoDriver is seeking to help those bands and artists that have made it this far without the help of the Big Five (or whatever they become).

4. Artists must be able to break dance and do head spins….just kidding, you only have to be able to do the robot.

5. Artists must be able to provide marketing tools including pictures, biography, discography, etc. If you have made it this far down the list, send us whatever you have.

6. Starting in the spring artists must be available for appearances at a series of showcases in cities such as Nashville, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and New York.

The first CD will be Alt. Rock and Pop - with other genre compilation CDs to follow.
