Oktoberfest Entertainment

The Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort is a 4-season mountain resort, and has been named the No. 1 ski resort in the United States by Skiing Magazine for 5 years in a row. Oktoberfest is one of the biggest events that Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort offers. Attracting at least 70,000 visitors over the thirteen-day celebration, Oktoberfest has grown to become one of the largest festivals in the state of Utah. Oktoberfest will include “Oktoberfest Halle” which features the tastes of Bavaria with entertainment from local and national German bands and yodelers, “Kinderland” which offers fun for children of all ages, and “Der Marktplatz” where shoppers can browse through a variety of crafters.


This year marks the 37th anniversary of Oktoberfest, and Snowbird is looking for Polka and German Entertainment to perform in their Event Tent, the venue for Oktoberfest Halle, which holds 2000 people. Compensation is offered, but is negotiated at the time of booking. This year, Oktoberfest will occur on weekends and Labor Day between August 23 and October 5.
