The Old Western is the oldest bar in Point Reyes Station, California, having been open for almost 100 years! Open seven days a week, they host live entertainment on most weekends and the occasional weekday. Shows typically last 3 hours from 9pm to midnight, and Sunday evenings from 7pm - 10pm. Weekend afternoon gigs are available by special arrangement.
This venue hosts Americana, bluegrass, country, rock, folk, and acoustic talent. Bookings are made as far in advance as the performer is willing to commit playing.
Artists for evening shows are compensated by the door. Afternoon shows are compensated by the tip jar.
The venue offers a small PA, best used as a backup. Artists should bring their own microphones and cables. A band member or partner will make collecting the gate easier for the band.
Capacity of this venue is 200.
