On Location: Memphis International Film & Music Festival

Once again, Access Film Music Ltd. is the Official Music Partner of the On Location: Memphis International Film & Music Festival, celebrating its 14th year. Access Film Music guarantees to offer two Soncibids members a chance to perform live during the event, where many renowned filmmakers will be participating. Access Film Music Ltd. will program live music for the festival's opening night reception, their annual private filmmaker luncheon, and industry showcase events at a prominent Beale Street venue in Memphis.

This is an ideal forum for recording artists, songwriters and composers seeking opportunities to license or create music for film and other visual media to expose their work to a receptive and eager audience. Artists are responsible for their own travel arrangements and accommodations.

In partnering with Access Film Music Ltd., On Location: Memphis endeavors to establish a dialogue between filmmakers and recording artists, songwriters and composers, helping extraordinary filmmakers find and license music for their productions. Since 2004, Access Film Music Ltd. has produced its flagship event, the Access Film Music Showcase during Film Festival Week in Park City, Utah. The 10th Annual Access Film Music Showcase will present exceptional musical artists from around the world throughout its 12 day film festival showcase, with sponsor partners like Hunnypot Unlimited, Pravda Music Publishing and the Slamdance Film Festival. For several years, Access programmed live music for the Sundance Film Festival, furthering the mission of Access Film Music Ltd. to connect music-makers with filmmakers.

Participants in previous Access Film Music events, programs and samplers have enjoyed success with music placements in film, television and video games. Celebrating its 3rd year as On Location: Memphis's Official Music Partner, Access Film Music continues to expand the reach and scope of its efforts, connecting the global music community with the international film industry, creating greater opportunities for recording artists, songwriters and composers to find success with music placements, song licensing, film scores and more.
