Catering and hotel accommodations may be available as well, depending on the artist./n/nOn the Waterfront Festival, the premiere music festival in northern Illinois, will celebrate it's 27th year anniversary on Labor Day weekend. The Festival is located in downtown Rockford, IL in a multiple city block area. Feature stage genres are, classic rock, rock, latin, world, celtic, reggae, zydeco, blues, r&b, jazz, country and a headlining stage for national artists.

The festival typically brings in over 300,000 attendees each year and features five, great stages of music with over 100 artists. All stages can accommodate emerging artists, with a main stage for headlining acts.

In the past the Festival has featured, Daughtry, Black Crowes, Ted Nugent, Buddy Guy, Cheap Trick, Allman Brothers, Isley Brothers, Montgomery Gentry, Rascal Flatts, Chuck Mangione, Joe Bonamassa, Puddle of Mudd, Finger Eleven, and many, many more. Artists are compensated based on experience and stage budget. Catering and hotel accommodations may be available as well, depending on the artist.

Terms And Conditions

OTW shall not be liable for any failure or inability to perform hereunder resulting from unforeseen events or circumstances beyond OTWs control, including, but not limited to, any delay, postponement, or cancellation due to adverse weather or other conditions.

Artist acknowledges that artist may not assign or subcontract its rights pursuant to this agreement to any other person or entity.

OTW reserves the right to make emergency announcements between musical pieces during Performers concert. OTW also reserves the right to interrupt Performer in the middle of a musical piece in case of extreme emergency. OTW reserves the right to rearrange, postpone or cancel performance(s) in the event of adverse weather conditions, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond OTWs Control.

OTW is authorized to make an audio/video recording of Performers performance at 2009 Festival for the OTW Archives and festival promotional purposes. No duplicate of such recordings will be made without the Performers permission.

Artist shall have in effect workmans compensation insurance covering its employees; general comprehensive liability insurance for personal injury and property damage; and all-risk insurance for personal property used by Artist for the performance herein. Artist shall not be named as an additional insured on Festivals public liability and property damage insurance. Damages to the premises, equipment or properties of Festival caused by Artist or Artists staff either intentionally or through negligence, are the responsibility of and will be paid for by Artist and will be deducted from the fee. Performer agrees to hold harmless OTW from all claims and/or damages resulting from performers acts, errors, or omissions while providing service under this agreement.

As the Festival only occurs one weekend each year, cancellation privileges are not offered for this engagement.

Any augmentation to the house production that is provided by the Festival will be at the Artists expense. No exceptions.

Festival assumes no responsibility for equipment, costumes, etc., utilized by Artist, except in such instances where Festival agrees in writing to accept custody of the same, and then only to the extent that loss or injury is occasioned by Festivals negligence or intentional acts.
