Previous Sonicbids artists selected by Platform One have performed in front of representatives from SPIN Magazine, Pitchfork Media, YahooMusic, ABC, NBC, Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times, 93XRT, Q101, WTMX and many other major media outlets. This will be a multi-genre benefit event and they are accepting all genres of music for submission.


The event is designed to help strengthen and support music education within the community through the People's Music School.
