Open Highway Booking (Apr-Jul '09)

Open Highway Booking is a full-service booking agency designed to help bands throughout the Midwest connect with good venues and good people.



Open Highway primarily books at The Blue Fugue in downtown Columbia, MO. The Blue Fugue is a 250-seat venue with a great vibe, a huge beer selection, friendly owners, and tons of walk-in traffic. Open Highway has presented shows there including Dresden Dolls, Ben Kewller, Will Hoge, Dick Dale, Afroman, and many regional acts.



Selected artists will e offered a percentage of the door or guarantees. This will be determined on band-by-band basis. All band members of the band who are 21+ will receive free PBR and well drinks.



Open Highway Booking programs live music 4 nights per week, each night typically featuring 2-4 bands. The shows have a wide variety of genres including rock, folk, Americana, blues, alt-country, soul and ska-no metal or hip-hop. Sound and sound engineer provided.



All submitted EPKs within the stated genres will be considered regardless of whether the artist is local, regional or national.
