This year’s festival will take place August 6-8, 2010. Based in South Africa, they are now seeking Sonicbids artists for general performance consideration. The festival will feature around 80 artists and DJs on four stages over three days. Selected artists will receive travel and camp assistance, as well as a per diem for food during the event.



Previous performers include the Groove Armada, Violent Femmes, Fokofpolisiekar, The Narrow, and The Parlotones. Many genres will be accepted, including but not limited to singer songwriters, rock, folk, hip-hop, jazz, afro pop, alternative, indie, electro, metal, and punk.
