The Organic Music Library, a new highly branded and upscale boutique source of instrumental music cues, is seeking original music. Material in the new catalog will be organic and artist-driven, avoiding overly mechanized and loop-oriented material.

There are no limits on genre, but submissions should have an emphasis on organic sound based on real musical performances rather than on samples, loops, and pre-packaged beats. As this is a high-end catalog, only tracks with superior music and production will be considered. Tracks must sound professionally produced and be ready for broadcast.

Instrumentals only - no vocal tracks, please.

Tracks accepted into the catalog will be licensed with a non-exclusive "flex license" that allows for easy placement with a flat fee, net fees will be split evenly between the writer and library. Back end royalties may be possible in certain cases, and artists may be offered a larger percentage split if they choose to enter an exclusive contract. This will be a predominantly royality free library that will reflect current pricing models (individual tracks priced under $100.00) and anyone submitting should be comfortable with this concept. This is a non-exclusive library, but preference will be given to tracks that are not currently widespread.

Artists must own the master and copyright to their submissions.

Those who submit should be:

  • Writers and producers of unique instrumental material, especially those incorporating real instruments and quality recording practices
  • Comfortable with the concept of Royalty free placements
  • Own the master and composition copyrights to their submissions
  • Over 18 years of age
