The OS Art House @ John Street Bar & Grill

The OS Art House @ John Street Bar & Grill is New York City's all inclusive live music venue. Voted # 1 Bar & Grill in NYC's financial district by NY Magazine's “Best of New York”, they are the perfect live original music venue for your upcoming cd release party!



John Street Bar & Grill is proud to announce their partnering with OS Art House. OriginalSessions Art House showcases live original music, film screenings, indie film theatrical releases, painting, sculpture, photography, performance art, burlesque, stage readings and theatrical productions 5 nights per week.


All genres of music are showcased depending on the given night. Local, regional and national acts are all encouraged to submit.



OS Art House@John Street hosts live original music 5 nights a week throughout the year, with a minimum of 20% slots reserved for Sonicbids artists.



There are 2 rooms and 3 separate areas. The lounge and dining room hold 350 people and the music room holds around 220. They provide a full PA and backline.
Backline includes: one bass combo amp, one guitar combo amp and a partial drum kit including: kick drum, floor tom and 2 rack toms. Drummers must bring full hardware including: Cymbals and stands, kick pedal, throne, snare and stand, high-hat and stand. There is also a DJ system available.



Set lengths will be 30-45 minutes or longer playing times can be arranged if justified. A local draw is necessary to be booked.
