Don't miss your LAST CHANCE to submit to Quebec's largest annual rock festival, D-TOX Rockfest. Over 100 bands will perform in beautiful Montebello, Quebec on the outdoor stages at the Marina, as well as at local venues over the course of five days. At least 10 Sonicbids artists will be selected for this festival.
Headliners for 2011 include Lamb of God, NOFX, Pennywise, The Descendents, Underoath, Hatebreed, CJ Ramone, Hot Water Music, Bouncing Souls, Kataklysm, Cryptopsy, and A Wilhelm Scream./n/nJust Announced: The Petite-Nation Rockfest is now the D-TOX Rockfest, and has extended their submission deadline to Friday, April 15th.
In June 2011 the 6th edition of Quebec's largest annual rock festival, D-TOX Rockfest, will jump start the summer. Over 100 bands will perform in beautiful Montebello, Quebec on the outdoor stages at the Marina, as well as at local venues over the course of five days. Headliners for 2011 include Lamb of God, NOFX, Pennywise, The Descendents, Underoath, Hatebreed, CJ Ramone, Hot Water Music, Bouncing Souls, Kataklysm, Cryptopsy, and A Wilhelm Scream. Announcements about additional performers are coming soon.
Past performers at Rockfest include Alexisonfire, Anti-Flag, The Misfits, Priestess, Gob, Kataklysm, Malajube, Despised Icon, Voivod, Silverstein, Die Mannequin, The Planet Smashers, Blind Witness, Deadly Apples, Vulgaires Machins, Anonymus, Mononc' Serge, The Sainte Catherines, Grimskunk, Subb and Slaves On Dope.
At least 10 Sonicbids artists will be selected for this festival. The festival is anticipating an attendance of 40,000 people. Sponsors include MusiquePlus (MuchMusic), D-TOX, Virgin Radio and Radio-NRJ. There is no compensation for this opportunity.
