Outland Ballroom (Mar-Jun '09)

The Outland Ballroom, a bar/music venue in Springfield, MO, is actively seeking musicians and performance artists for immediate openings for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. A local draw is not necessary to be booked, but is preferable. They typically only do door deals, with bands splitting the door after the venue covers their expenses. Normally, there are 3-4 artists on the bill for each show.



The Outland Ballroom will contact artists for booking, sometimes several months in advance. There is limited backline at the venue – a sound system, including vocal mics, monitors and a sound person is available. They will give you contact information of bands playing with you if you’d like to try to arrange sharing gear.
