PLAY: Parkside Lounge in NYC (Summer)

Hailed as the "Champagne of Dive Bars," the Parkside Lounge is an old-school juke joint on the Lower East side. They just don't make them like this anymore... live music 7 days a week, cheap drinks, no high-fructose corn syrup, and 100% tourist free (well 94% but we get the cool ones). Make no mistake, this is not a dive bar. It's an intergalactic pirate ship destined for greatness. Parkside is looking for Sonicbids artists to play this summer and fall!

Established in 1956 and hailed as the "Champagne of Dive Bars," the Parkside Lounge is an old-school juke joint on the Lower East side featuring live music 7 days a week. Musicians who would like to play at Parkside Lounge are offered to use professional backline equipment and will be compensated for their performance. This is an amazing opportunity to get active in a super progressive music scene and start building a fan base and relationships with one of the best venues in town.

 This is an amazing opportunity for local and nationally touring artists. If you have an amazing sound and looking to gain a wider audience, this is the gig for you!

We're looking for bands of all genres that play original music. We love Rock, Jazz, Folk, Acoustic, Country, Blues and Soul acts, but we're open to all genres if it's good music

Bands must be actively playing shows 

Bands must be willing to heavily promote the show if chosen to play

Bands are able to sell merch on-site

All acts applying must meet the criteria that we look for, lyrics, stage presence, style and artists must have a fanbase

Acts must have a solid online presence 

Parkside Lounge compensates musicians via artist-friendly door deals. The venue also provides professional backline equipment for performers who would like to use our gear.
