Path to Laneway 2011 - Perth, West Australia

Path To Laneway Sonicbids is a band competition where the winning band plays in the Laneway Festival, on February 12, 2011 at the Perth Cultural Centre. 8 local Western Australian acts will be chosen to participate in Path to Laneway competition. These 8 artists are reserved for Sonicbids artists. The competition is open to musicians who play all genres of original music and who are unsigned Western Australian acts. Path to Laneway Heats:

• Heat 1- Wednesday Jan 19, 2011 at the Rosemount Hotel


• Heat 2- Thursday 27 Jan 2011 at the Rosemount Hotel


• Final- Friday 4 Feb 2011 at the Rosemount Hotel

The winning band will play at The Laneway Festival 2011. The selected bands will be compensated $400 along with a playing spot. The St Jerome's Laneway Festival is Australia's best boutique street party, delivering the finest indie line up, hand-picked for their amazing live shows.
