Founded by the service initiative "Peacedriven.com," the international contest annually searches for the song that shows the most drive for peace. Be it drive for peace in the world, peace in your home or school, or inner peace; you decide, we'll listen! The genre is not what matters. Are you driven? Peacedriven, that is. If your passion for world peace also shows in your music, you could be the recipient of the 5th Peacedriven Songwriting Award. Five runners-up and one Grand-Prize winner will be selected.

A panel of music industry professionals and social activists will judge entries. The judges will pick a winner based on originality, melody, composition and lyrics. The winner will receive $200. Additionally, the winner and five finalists will be featured on Peacedriven.com, the hub for peace news and activism.
