Peacedriven Songwriting Award

Are you driven? Peacedriven, that is. If your passion for world peace also shows in your music, you could be the inaugural recipient of the Peacedriven Songwriting Award.



Founded by the service initiative "Peacedriven.com," the international contest is searching for that song that shows the most drive for peace. Be it drive for peace in the world, peace in your home or school, or inner peace; you decide, we'll listen! The genre is not what matters. The lyrics and melody are what counts.



A panel of music industry professionals and social activists will judge entries. The judges will pick a winner based on originality, melody, composition and lyrics. The winner will receive $200 in cash to be used for recording, equipment or other expenses. Additionally, the winner and 10 finalists will be featured on Peacedriven.com, the new hub for peace news and activism. ALL entrants will receive a short review from the staff at Peacedriven.com that you can use in your EPKs to further your careers.
