PGE presents the FYE In-Store Tour and Distributed CD Compilation

Submit for a chance to win one of 16 guaranteed slots on the FYE In-Store Tour presented by PGE: PlatinumGrooveEntertainment. Each winner will have two tracks featured on "The Rock Project" double disc compilation CD and will perform 12 in-store appearances at regional FYE (For Your Entertainment) retail stores.

A total of 16 bands will be selected with at least two bands/artists from each of the following regions:



New England/Mid-Atlantic: CT, DE, ME, MA, MD, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT, DC

South: AL, AR, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, SC, TN, VA, WV

Midwest: IL, IN, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, ND, OH, SD, WI

Southwest: AZ, NM, OK, TX

West: CO, CA, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY

(All artists submitting must be based in the Continental United States)

PGE: PlatinumGrooveEntertainment and FYE (For Your Entertainment) will judge all submissions. “The Rock Project” Compilation CD winners will be announced on July 4, 2004. FYE In-Store Tours promoting "The Rock Project" start Saturday, August 28th and run through Saturday, November 13th. All selected artists must be able to attend FYE In-Store dates to promote their tracks on “The Rock Project” compilation CD. The artist/band selling the most CDs during their FYE In-Store Tour will receive a recording contract with PGE with distribution through FYE and $1,000 cash prize.



Promotional tools will be provided, ability to creatively self-promote a must. Sales will be tracked via Soundscan. 50% of profits from CD Compilation sales will be split between featured artists.

ACCEPTED GENRES: Rock, Alternative Rock, Pop Rock, Acoustic Rock and similar genres (2 song minimum submission)



PLEASE NOTE: Entering this contest does not obligate you to appear on the CD compilation or participate in the contest if selected. You have the right to withdraw or decline with no penalties. Your submitted music is not the property of PGE or FYE. An agreement will be issued to selected artists by PGE upon mutual consent.
