Pixie Radio Indie (April 09)

Pixie Radio is an interactive online radio that's totally free and has multiple channels. They are now accepting submissions for general airplay consideration. Each of the channels has it’s own selection of songs.



Pixie Radio first started as a project out of Argentina in December 2005. Since then, it has grown into the most influential online indie media for music journalists, film-makers, publishing editors and music audience in Argentina, now expanding to Latin America and Spain. With the same enthusiastic and personal style, Pixie Radio has just opened his English version of the site, pixieradioindie.com, for all English speaking listeners. On Pixie's channels, they present what they consider to be the most remarkable bands and soloists in the indie rock, reggae and jazz scenes. Artists should listen to the station prior to submission to ensure their music will be a proper fit for the programming.



Pixie Radio believes in submerging yourself in the wide world of new musicians through the internet, and they consider it almost a research job, taking effort and time to reach artists and distinguish good from bad. This is why they decided to create Pixie Radio, a radio founded in a personal criteria.
