Summary

MassCann is looking to book 5-10 Sonicbids artists for their 2015 Boston Freedom Rally this September. Selected artists will receive a great exposure at a well-attended annual event in the middle of Boston.

The Opportunity

The 26th annual Boston Freedom Rally will be held at the Boston Common on September 19th and 20th, 2015. Festivities begin promptly at High Noon and end at 8:00pm. The two day event features over 40 music acts across two stages and a great line up of speakers. Close to 30,000 people attend the rally each year in support of marijuana regulation. MassCann is booking acts for the main and second stage.

Past Performers and Speakers Include:
Styles P, Onyx, Mike Epps, Tree, Termanology

The Band

  • All genres accepted
  • New England artists preferred
  • Should be pro-marijuana legalization

The Gig

Details:

  • Main stage sets 20-40 min
  • Second stage sets 10-20 min
  • Event begins at noon and ends at 8 PM each day
  • Outdoor stages
  • Professional sound and sound engineers provided
  • Backline provided
Additional Compensation Details:
  • Artists may sell merchandise and keep 100% of revenue
  • Space will be allocated for artists to sell merchandise
  • Access to artist lounge provided on day of performance
