PLAY: 2020 Pasadena Half Marathon Course Entertainment

Looking for Sonicbids artists to play the 4th Annual Pasadena Half Marathon & 5K at the Rose Bowl. The Marathon takes place on Sunday, January 19th and artists are given the opportunity to perform in 12,000+ people! This annual Marathon is a great platform for artists to play in front of an international audience as well as giving the runners a soundtrack to ignite the runners to the finish line! Go ahead and submit your application and come rock out with us for this year's epic Marathon.

We're looking for Socal's best Sonicbids acts to perform alongside this picturesque Half Marathon. This is a very popular annual Marathon that attracts people from around the world. This one of a kind Marathon passes through beautiful Pasadena, onto landmarks like the Colorado Street Bridge, Old Town Pasadena and Cal Tech University before a majestic finish on the field at the world-famous Rose Bowl. As musical performers, you will not only be benefitting the Pasadena Half Marathon but will be providing a soundtrack and renewed energy to the participants in their last 6.2 miles of the race. Come and give musical hi-fives to send runners to the finish line, and build a fanbase along the way. If you're a local or regional act, this is a great opportunity to build your fanbase in Socal! 

We're looking for bands of all genres that play uptempo music. Ideally, we're looking for acts that play, Rock, Indie, Jam, Alternative, Pop, Jazz, Funk, Hip-Hop, Dance, Electronic, and Soul acts

We're looking for acts that play originals and covers

Looking for local and regional acts from the greater Los Angeles area

Acts must be actively playing shows and have stage experience

Acts must be willing to heavily promote the Marathon if chosen to play

Acts are able to sell merch on-site

Acts must be able to engage with the crowd and most importantly play for the runners participating in the Marathon

Acts must play family-friendly music

Acts must have a solid online presence and play regularly

Location: Pasadena, California, the exact location is TBD upon booking. There will be different locations for musical acts performing alongside the Marathon

Time: Set times begin at approximately 7am and end at varying times between 9:30 am and 11 am

Acts must be ready and prepared to soundcheck the night before or early morning prior to the Marathon

Payment TBD upon booking

PA and sound engineer provided 

Basic backline provided, depending on your set up, some acts might have to supply gear
