The 7th Annual Baton Rouge Mardi Gras Festival will select 3 acts, to perform at the one day festival in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to an estimated crowd of 2,000.

The Opportunity

The festival is free to the public and family friendly, happening February 22nd, 2020 at North Boulevard Town Square. 

The Band

  • The festival is family friendly, bands should be also
  • Looking for the following genres: Alternative, Americana, Blues, Folk, Jaz, Latin, Pop, R&B, Rock, Spoken Word

The Gig

  • Bands have 30 minutes and track acts have 15 minutes. 
  • Each band receives 4 VIP tickets worth $25.00 each. A $100.00 value. 
  • Acts also keep 100% of any merchandise sold.
  • Backline gear includes a PA System, drum kit, bass and guitar amps, and a minimum of 4 vocal microphones.
  • Track acts need to bring a quarter inch cord if they are using a I-Phone for tracks.

Compensation

  • Compensation Amount: Up to $100.00
