The Opportunity

Skinny’s Lounge is an upscale bar and lounge located in North Hollywood in the heart of the thriving NOHO Arts district. Every week, Skinny’s offers a diverse roster of rotating entertainment including rock shows, comedy showcases, blues/funk bands and DJs. They feature the best new local bands and touring national acts.

8th Note Entertainment books bands for showcases at multiple venues throughout the Los Angeles area. They are a network of young professionals and art lovers who are dedicated to promoting growth amongst artists who are still in it for the love of music. They represent an eclectic blend of music and entertainment geared toward music enthusiasts around the country. Other venues include the Viper Room, Couture in Hollywood, Mrs. Fish and many more.

The Band

  • Must be age 21+
  • Jazz, soul, R&B and blues genres
  • Must draw a minimum of 20 people
  • Local and touring acts
  • Solo artists and bands

The Gig

Details:

  • Tuesday nights in October; 2 bands for October 22nd
  • 30-45 minute set
  • Sound and lights provided
Additional Compensation Details:
  • Compensation is determined at the time of booking; usually is determined by a percentage of ticket sales based upon draw
  • May sell merch on site
