Summary

The CTRL + ALT [LIVE] music series is running from Oct to December 2018 in Lexington, KY at the Plantory. Come and join us for a live music session plus a podcast interview! 

This is a live event and will be aired via our website and social media outlets. All genres welcome! We're looking for the hottest Sonicbids artists to join us and rock the house. 



The Opportunity

 It's that time of the year for local up-and-coming acts to come and play at the best music series in Lexington! This is an ongoing opportunity...apply, and we'll find the best date for your band. 

This is an amazing opportunity to get active in a super progressive music scene and start building a fan base and relationships with the best musicians and tastemakers in town. With a dedicated local following, this is a great way to build your reputation in KY. 

The Band

  • This is an amazing opportunity for local artists. If you have an amazing sound and looking to gain a wider audience, this is the gig for you!
  • We're looking for bands of all genres that play Rock, Alternative, Country, Bluegrass, Pop, EDM, Jazz, Soul, Hip-Hop, but we're open to all genres if it's good music
  • Bands must be actively playing shows & have a draw of 15
  • Bands must be willing to heavily promote the show if chosen to play
  • Bands are able to sell merch on-site
  • All acts applying must meet the criteria that we look for, lyrics, stage presence, style and artists must have a fanbase
  • Acts must have a solid online presence 

The Gig

Footage will be professionally edited and available for use on your EPK, upon request.  

  • Venue: The Plantory, 501 West 6th Street, Suite 250, Lexington, KY 40508 
  • Date: Oct 1 - December 31, 2018
  • Stage/PA/Backline provided - Performance stage included with lighting, mics, and speakers
  • It is a free gig and this will not cost the artist/band anything. The press material from the show will also be given to the artist/band free of charge.
  • Transportation and lodging will be at the artist/band expense.
  • Capacity 100+
  • Although this quarter is a non-paid gig, we do have plans to offer paid gigs on our future listings of the CTRL + ALT series during the next phase which begins late-Winter
