Come play at an elevated New Orleans-inspired bar/eatery with Cajun & Creole classics, plus live jazz & blues music. Evangeline's owner and chef Don Bailey says he thinks New Orleans is one of the best places to dine in the country, and that's why his restaurant is bringing NOLA-inspired flavors, drinks and music to the Central West End. We take a look at the Creole and Cajun fare served at the restaurant, including gumbo, duck with cherry Grand Marnier sauce and mussels with red wine sauce.
