PLAY: Run the South Charlotte (NC)

Run the South Charlotte is an annual marathon taking place at David Taylor Corporate Center, Charlotte, NC. Taking place this year on June 13, The (half marathon, 10K, 5K) race gives participants the options to run, walk or bike. We are looking for a lively party band to play during the event and after the race is done. As Runners finish the race and hang out for brunch and mimosas, we will be featuring some uptempo live music for the runners and supporters.

Run the South Charlotte is an annual marathon that also raises money to give to the community. Bands will be showcased to approximately thousands or runners and spectators and will have a chance to gain local and regional exposure. Both courses start and finish at the David Taylor Corporate Center. We're giving an opportunity for uptempo party bands to come and bring the energy to the marathon and keep everybody moving during and after the run.

• This listing is open to North Carolina area bands only, preferably from Charlotte 
• We're looking for Rock, Funk, Soul, Pop, R&B, Dance acts
• Only looking for uptempo music
• Original music preferred, but acts are encouraged to throw in some popular covers into the setlist
• Full bands preferred
• Acts must have live show experience and have a fan base in NC

• Acts are expected to tentatively play multiple sets between 9 a.m - 2p.m 

• The stage will be set outdoors

• PA provided

• Backline and additional equipment to be discussed upon booking

• Payment will be a guarantee, To be discussed upon booking
