PLAY: Singer/Songwriter Night at Secret Loft NYC

Come play at Secret Loft in Manhattan! We're a New York City venue specializing in circus, aerialists, live music, comedy, DJ nights, and dance parties. Inspired by the beatnik NYC scene in the 60's and 70's, we've built a reputation for creating a music haven for emerging artists coming up in the NYC music scene.

If you're at all interested in playing Secret Loft in NYC, Apply on any date and we'll get you the best night for your band this winter/spring. 

Secret Loft is a DIY venue in Greenwich Village, Manhattan. Secret Loft is run by a group of artists who wanted to open a creative space that welcomes artists of many expressions. Time Out New York has voted The Secret Loft as: "The Hottest Secret Things To Do in NYC"

• We're looking for chill singer-songwriters. Electric guitars and accompaniment are fine, but please only apply for the gig if your act fits the vibe.
• Bands must be actively playing shows 
• Bands must be willing to heavily promote the show if chosen to play
• All acts applying must meet the criteria that we look for, lyrics, stage presence, style and artists must have a fanbase
• Acts must have a solid online presence 

• Capacity 80+
• Doors at 8 pm, sets at 8:30, 9, 9:30, and 10pm
• Bands are able to sell merch on-site
• We have a bass amp, small Line 6 guitar amp, and a really nice Yamaha Motif 88-key weighted-key keyboard available for backline, but no drums
• Tickets will be priced at $5 and we'll do a door poll to determine draw for each artist. The first $25 from an artist's door goes to the sound/tech, and the rest goes to the artist, so if you draw 25 guests you'll make $100
• Artists also get 2 drink tickets per band member
