PLAY: The Nest (Brooklyn)

The Nest is producing Hard Rock/Metal Shows and we're looking for NYC best bands to come and rock out. As it's becoming harder and harder to find venues that showcase Hard Rock/Metal, The Nest is passionate about keeping the music alive and cultivating a scene where bands can come and rock out and build their fanbase and careers.  

We're looking ahead in the 2020 calendar due to social distancing measures currently in place.

The Nest is looking for awesome bands to play this fall/winter. The Nest is a basement dive bar located in Bluebird Brooklyn featuring Live Music, Comedy, Drag Shows, and more! This is an amazing opportunity to get active in the Hard Rock/Metal NYC music scene and start building a fan base and relationships with one of the best kept secret venues in town.

• We're looking for Hard Rock and Metal only
• Bands must be actively playing shows 
• Looking for NYC and Tri-State bands
• Bands must draw at least 15 people 
• Bands must be willing to heavily promote the show if chosen to play
• All acts applying must meet the criteria that we look for, lyrics, stage presence, style and artists must have a fanbase
• Acts must have a solid online presence 

• Pay is determined upon booking
• PA provided
• Basic backline provided 
• Right next door to the Q, B, and S train
• Capacity 150+
• Bands are able to sell merch on-site

30min Sets. $8/Adv | $10/Door Performers are paid majority percentage of sales based off their personal draw. Must draw in at least 6 people to be eligible for payment.
