The Opportunity

The Odd Market is now booking acoustic and "broken down" Sonicbids bands for two events series in Los Angeles: Odd Nights at One Santa Fe and Market at the Square on The Bloc.   

These free or low-cost family events are vivid, buzzing, all-ages experiences. Showcasing local artist and musicians, craftsmen, designers, and DIY experts, they provide performers with a unique opportunity to engage with their audience and other area creatives. Performers do not serve as the "central attraction," but rather they add to the experience, setting the tone and mood for the event as attendees move through the experience. 

Odd Market produces unique events through the Los Angeles area that promote local bands. 



The Band

  • No cover bands
  • Acoustic performers only
  • Locals only
  • Family-friendly 

The Gig

  • Acoustic sets take place during the event
  • Odd Nights at One Santa Fe: Second Thursday of every month, 6-10pm
  • Market at the Square on the Bloc: Last Wednesday of the month, 11am-5pm

  • This is a family friendly venue. The performance must be appropriate for all age groups.
  • This is an acoustic performance. The band must be able to perform without electric instruments.
  • This is an outside performance. The band must be able to perform outside.
