PLAY, a music venue owned by musicians, is currently accepting submissions through October, 2011. Live music will be held on Friday and Saturday nights. PLAY has guaranteed to select a minimum of 5 Sonicbids artists./n/nThe owners of PLAY have been nationally touring artists for over 20 years. After touring for over two decades, they have decided to get off of the road and use the knowledge collected to open a music venue of their own. PLAY provides all of the key elements necessary to make a show enjoyable for both the artist and the audience. The venue is currently accepting submissions through October 2011 and beyond. Live music will be held on Friday and Saturday nights. PLAY has guaranteed to select a minimum of 5 Sonicbids artists. PLAY accepts submissions from all genres.



Selected artists receive:


  • 80% of door sales.

  • An in-house PA and a sound engineer.



PLAY is located in Historic Ybor City, Tampa and opened on May 1, 2010.The venue holds approximately 150 at the indoor stage, and 150 at the outdoor stage.
