Summary

The President Calvin Coolidge State Historic Site hosts the third annual Plymouth Folk and Blues Concerts this Labor Day Weekend on September 2nd and September 3rd. The concerts will team nationally known stars with Vermont and regionally known musicians in a mix of folk and blues concerts performed at historic Plymouth Notch, Vermont. The concerts are free; donation is suggested. The concerts will be held, rain or shine.

The Plymouth Folk and Blues Concerts are looking for East Coast regional acoustic acts (solo performers or a band with up to three people) to fill out their line-up for this year's festival. We are looking for a performer for the September 3, 2006 concert.

This is the third annual PFBC, and last year's event drew several hundred fans. This year's concerts are shaping up to be even better, with six total performance slots, and at least one slot reserved for artists applying through Sonicbids. Artists will be paid $250 for their performances, along with private room and board.

This year's lineup includes Jay Ottaway, Kate McDonnell, Rebecca Hall and Ken Anderson, Meg Hutchinson, and Alastair Moock .
