Summary

The fourth annual Plymouth Folk and Blues Festival will take place at the President Calvin Coolidge State Historic Site in Plymouth Notch, VT this Labor Day Weekend on September 1st and 2nd. The concerts, which feature 6 total performers, will team nationally known stars with Vermont and regionally known musicians. The concerts are free; donation is suggested. The concerts will be held, rain or shine.

The Plymouth Folk and Blues Concerts are looking for submissions from acoustic acts (solo performers or a band with up to three people) to fill out their line-up for this year's festival. 2 spots are reserved for Sonicbids artists.



This is the fourth annual PFBC, and last year's event drew several hundred fans. Artists will be paid $250 for their performances, along with private room and board.



Plymouth Folk has been nominated as a 2007 Top Ten Fall Event by the Vermont Chamber of Commerce and last Labor Day Weekend, the Boston Globe online listed Plymouth Folk as the top event in all of New England.

Past performers include Jay Ottaway, Kate McDonnell, Rebecca Hall, Ken Anderson and Alastair Moock.
