Summary
Point Richmond Music (PRM) is now reviewing applications for its 11th summer concert series season in 2012. The season includes 5 concerts with two artists per show. Concerts are held on the second Friday of each month, June through September, with an extra show on the last Friday in September: 6/8, 7/13, 8/10, 9/14 and 9/28.
PRM is looking to fill 10 slots with Sonicbids artists - preferably from the Bay Area. Each selected artist will receive $300-$600 for their performance.
In past years they've brought an array of great bands to town, including: Tom Rigney and Flambeau, the Stairwell Sisters, Nic Bearde, Stars of Glory, Lenny Williams, Faye Carol, Dave Crimmen, Wendy DeWitt, Steve Gannon, Ya Elah and Jimmy McCracklin. From blues, jazz and bluegrass to gospel, reggae and hip-hop, there's something for everyone.
